Working principle

The main working part of the PCX fine crushing hammer crusher is the rotor with the hammer head. The rotor consists of a main shaft, a disc, a pin, a hammer handle and a hammer head. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is supplied from the upper part. The material port enters the machine and is broken by the impact, impact, shearing and grinding of the high-speed hammer. The upper part of the rotor is provided with a counterattack plate, the rear of the rotor is provided with a striking plate, and the lower part of the rotor is provided with a sieve plate to crush the material.
