Jaw crusher working principle

Motor of JC series jaw crusher is connect with pulley by V-belt and make the swing jaw assembly up and down though eccentric shaft. It will make the swing jaw plate to close the fixed jaw plate , the stone will be crushed or chopped ., the stone is crushed into the size as per the discharge opening size with the rotation of motor, The material will be discharged from the lower part of machine .
