Portable Screen Plant Advantage

Based on different requirement, it can be used for independent using or combine with other mobile crushing plant to do the second crushing stage or third crushing stage.

The mobile screen plant can directly reach the quarry site by trailer, and eliminates the cumbersome steel frame structure and foundation construction, saving a lot of time.

The mobile screen plant can process materials on site without having to move the materials off site for reprocessing, which greatly reduces the transportation cost of materials.

With Reasonable and compact structure, it can save the space and improves the flexibility of site stationing.

Working principle

Mobile screening plant includes vibrating screen, mounted belt conveyor, electric cabinet, half suspension trailer chassis, and other supporting parts. The material is fed into vibrating screen by the loader or belt conveyor. The raw material will be sieved into different size by mesh which is based on the client requirement , then delivered to ground or trucks though the mounted belt conveyor directly.
