Portable Impact Crusher Plant Advantages

Based on different requirement, it can be used for independent using or combine with other mobile crushing plant to do the second crushing stage or third crushing stage.

Working principle

Mobile impact crushing and screening plant is composition of impact crusher vibrating screen，mounted belt conveyor and electric cabinet ，Half Suspension Trailer Chassis, and other supporting parts. station accepts the materials from primary crushing station, then makes multistage screen to them, and washes the materials on the screen according to the specific need; the bigger material enters into impact crusher and is crushed again, then returns to vibrating screen, so circulates.
