Advantage

Belt Conveyor uses C-type steel to replace channel steel and equips side guard board. Based on this improvement, the overall rigidity of Belt Conveyor’s rack greatly increases.

FLAMCO adopts reversed splay landing legs on Belt Conveyor which has excellent stability.

Belt Conveyor uses a long-distance headstock. The maximum radius of material pile is 1.5~2 times of that of traditional belt conveyors, beneficial to material falling.

FLAMCO adopts the cycloidal reducer with higher technical grade, which greatly enhances stability and is very convenient for maintenance and replacement.

Working principle

The belt conveyor is composited of gear motor ,drum , roller , roller frame , belt and steel frame .When gear motor working , it will drive the drum, the materials enter into trail hopper or leak into the bottom of the material storehouse of the belt conveyor though transmit-material groove. As a result of the frictional force, the electric rollers lead the movement of the woven belt (which can reverse) so as to achieve material delivery tasks.
